Fees (in USD) apply to payment received prior to the indicated Registration Deadlines.

Notes

1.Resident will have to provide supporting document from university or institute.

2.Affiliated Delegate will have to provide certified document from affiliated events conveners.

3.Assistant Surgeon will have to provide certified document from hospital.

PAYMENT METHODS Payment of registration fees (in USD) can be made as follows:

By Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard or American Express

By Bank Transfer: TBA

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY:

All cancellations must be electronically mailed. Refund of registration fee will be as follows:

• Prior to July 31, 2017 – 100% refund
• From August 1, 2017 until October 2, 2017 –  50% refund
• From October 3, 2017 – No refund

Note, in case of cancellation at any stage, Bank transfer admission fee 30 USD not be refunded – applicable to Bank Transfer payments only.
